Ordering and Shipping information

Payment method
 
Payment through Paypal TM, which is a company dedicated to Internet payment solutions. You do not require a Paypal TM account to proceed with a purchase; you can also contact me at elisab@astralelisa.com so I can send you an e-mail with the Paypal button specific to your case.
 
Once you have completed a purchase, you will receive an e-mail transaction confirmation. If you bought a consultation, then I will contact you afterwards to request relevant data and schedule the moment of the meeting/interactive session. If you bought jewelry, then I will contact you afterwards to confirm the details of the order.
 
Bracelet custom sizing
 
Custom sizing is available for bracelets so they can be comfortable to wear. You can measure your wrist slightly above your wrist bone and add between 1/4" to 1" (0.6 cms to 2.50 cms), depending on the tightness you prefer for your bracelet (it is best to use a flexible measuring tape).
 
Processing time for jewelry
 
An order will be shipped out betweeen 4 and 6 business days after payment has been confirmed, depending on the size of the order and parts' availability; actual shipping time should be added to this preparation lapse, please see delivery options below. Please contact me before submitting an order is delivery time is critical for you.
 
Shipping to Canadian addresses

There are three shipping options available through the shopping cart for orders to be sent to Canadian addresses:
* Canada Post Priority TM (~ 1 business day, including delivery confirmation and insurance).
* Canada Post Xpresspost TM (~ 2 to 3 business days in most cases, but up to 7 business days for remote centres, including delivery confirmation and insurance).
* Canada Post Expedited Parcel TM (~ 2 to 13 business days, including delivery confirmation and insurance).


Shipping to Ottawa - Gatineau

Let me know if you require delivery to the Ottawa region in order to send you a specific Paypal TM button through e-mail without shipping charges.


Shipping to U.S. addresses

There are two shipping options available through the shopping cart for orders to be sent to U.S. addresses:
* Canada Post Xpresspost TM - USA (~ 2 to 3 business days for most locations, including delivery confirmation and insurance).
* Canada Post Expedited Parcel TM - USA (~ 4 to 8 business days for most locations, including delivery confirmation and insurance).
* Canada Post Small Packet Air TM - USA (~ 4 to 10 business days for most locations, coverage up to $100 for loss or damage - it does not include delivery confirmation/tracking). Please note this option is only valid for packages weighing up to 1 Kg .

Shipping to other international destinations

There are two shipping options available through the shopping cart for orders to be sent to other international destinations:
* Canada Post Priority TM International (~ 2 to 3 business days, including delivery confirmation and insurance).
* Canada Post Xpresspost TM International (~ 4 to 7 business days for most locations, including delivery confirmation and insurance).
* Canada Post International Air Parcel (~ 6 to 10 business days for most locations, including insurance - it does not include delivery confirmation/tracking).
* Canada Post Small Packet Air TM - International (~ 6 to 10 business days for most locations, coverage up to $100 for loss or damage - it does not include delivery confirmation/tracking). Please note this option is only valid for packages weighing up to 2 Kg .

If your country is not on the list when you go through the checkout process, then either Paypal TM is not accepting payments from that country or there are import restrictions/prohibitions regarding jewelry. As both situations may change at any time, please contact me at elisab@astralelisa.com to check your particular case.

Customs/taxes for orders to be delivered outside Canada

You may have to pay customs fees or taxes upon delivery depending on your country's policies. These charges are separate from the shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

Return policy
 
I strive to offer high quality products and I encourage you to ask me all questions you may have about an item you plan to order. However, refunds are available in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an item you ordered, as long as the following conditions are met:
 
* You have contacted me first to get a return authorization directly from me, prior to proceed.
* The item is in new and unworn condition; jewels that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
* The item should be returned within 7 days of receiving it (this grace period is determined by the order's delivery date as specified by the Courier tracking system); no returns will be accepted after this 7-day period.
* The item is returned in its original packaging (bag and box).
* The item should be returned with delivery confirmation so the package can be tracked. Shipping charges are the client’s responsibility.
 
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
 
Shipment arrived damaged or is missing
 
The shipping options included in the shopping chart are trackable and include insurance. Therefore, if you bought jewelry through the shopping cart and the order arrived damaged or has not arrived in the promised timeframe, please contact me immediately so I can file a claim to the carrier and solve your case.
 
If you requested a shipping option different to the ones automatically provided by the shopping cart, the shipping policies were sent to you prior to shipment; please contact me if you have doubts about your particular case.
